When listing your home, our staff will place your home in the Multiple Listing Service which all Realtors have access to, and we utilize virtual tours ( www.visualtour.com ) to allow prospective Buyers to view your home on the Internet. All of these steps are taken to give you, our customers, maximum exposure in the real estate market. When a contract is written on your home, our associates will “walk” you through the process of understanding the terms, conditions and price. Last, our associates will be with you from the start through the closing to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties involved.
